Working with an Attitude 4:30 PM

Scenario 1:
They call you to tell you something, asking you to tell another person to do that something, BUT they cannot make the call directly to THAT person.

Possible reasons:
1) they scared to be scolded by THAT person?
2) your number is stored in their quick dial, easily accessible?
3) they afraid that they will lead THAT person into thinking that they are having a mega crush on him/her? (like reeeeeeeeal)
4) by telling you, they can save tonnes of trouble as you will help them to smooth out tonnes of back-end problems that might arise along the way?
5) they can conveniently hand over that task to you... and YOU will be responsible for any silly billy things that can ahppen along the way?
6) you fit the bill, to a T, as their co-ordinator and there is no one else that is available to assist them.

Scenario 2:
They walked into the office calmly but you can sense their burning anger becoz they start playing percussion. (meaning: throwing and slamming items ard)

Possible reasons:
1) they want to practise for their upcoming gig.
2) they want ppl to take notice of their presence.
3) they want pple to know that they can be deadly even though they keep silent.
4) they want pple to know that they are unhappy with certain things.
5) they want you to think that they are strong.
6) they have the rights to do so.

Scenario 3:
They can be in their best form when they want to ask for help. They tried to mimic the Puss-in-Boots' puppy eyes, so they can melt down your guard and strike their request straight to your heart. But when it is your turn to ask for a favour, they are always.... unavailable/engaged/going out for meetings/ busy/ busy/ busy/ busy/ busy/ busy/ busy. (unidentified busy-ing)

Possible reasons:
1) you want to be kind so you help them.
2) you want to be helpful so you help them.
3) you want to be remember as kind and helpful so you help them.
4) you want to help them hoping they will help you back, next time when you need.
5) you appears to be free to help.
6) you are a sucker.
