Sakae (delivery) sucks!
3:13 PM Sakae delivery sucks... TOTALLY! Clare and I had a crazy night on Christmas, had great fun with the boys, till like........ 6am on Boxing Day morning?! i was freeaking knocked out and only woke up at 4pm! Awesome holiday ritte... okay so.. since i had such a 'late' night.. we decided to have home delivery from Sakae. (1st experience) we had rather good experience with Sakae so we reckon the delivery will be faring the same. after some items selection, i called and made the order. BIG MISTAKES!! I should have hung up when i sense the order taking is like crap. (wth, what is wrong their advanced technology?) Mistake 2: I asked on the selection of one of their sashimi sets and was told 'the usual'. (what is the usual?! Pufferfish, lobster and abalone are MY USUAL! urs too?!)Mistake 3: I asked if the sashimi set is like what was illustrated... 'Yes' was the answer. (illustrated: Salmon, Tako, Maguro and Amaebi)(told to mi: Salmon, Maguro, Hotate and Prawns. And 2 pcs of Tako) Mistake 4: I was informed that the order will take 1hr to 1.5hrs to reach. (what? Pizza only take 45mins!!)Mistake 5: my food came late.. took 1hrs and 40mins. (I could have head down to TM and have a good meal and return home)Mistake 6: ordered 10items, came only 2items (and it took 1hr and 40mins!? )Mistake 7: realised on the bill receipt that they included a Sakae chawanmushi which was not in any of my requests nor mentioned when they repeat my order TWICE. And it was chargeable!! Mistake 8: report loss on my missing items..took them about 10mins to revert with "i guess the delivery probably had delivered ur items to some else places since we ensured that the order are correct when leaving the resturant." (Either the delivery guy ate up my orders or use it to impress some sushi-fanatic babes)Service Recovery 1: well, at least the restaurant manager took the initiative to make a call back to apologise and request for 30mins to deliver my missing items. Service Recovery 2: made a call along their way to inform me about the delivery status. (Cognitive control, not bad..) Mistake 9: the sushi and sashimi were not as good as consumed in the restaurant. the Tako were like unbreakable despite multiple chews. (Almost got me choked when i attempt to swallow a chunk of it.) Mistake 10: remember Mistake 3 the sashimi set? (illustrated: Salmon, Tako, Maguro and Amaebi)(told to mi: Salmon, Maguro, Hotate and Prawns. And 2 pcs of Tako) (delivered: Salmon, Hotate, Amaebi and Tajiki) p.s: i do not even wanna mention my sashimi salad... goshh~!! 0♥ in the cookie jar |
